  • Our prescribing pharmacists may be able to provide prescription options for minor ailments, such as: cold sore therapy, oral thrush and canker sores, yeast infections, diaper rash, eye inflammation/infection, headaches, hemorrhoids, jock Itch, athletes foot, allergies, heartburn, menstrual pain, minor acne, mild eczema and rash, minor cuts, nail fungal infections, ringworm treatment, previously diagnosed urinary tract infections, and more.

  • Our prescribing pharmacists may be able to help by providing an emergency supply of medication depending on the drug (kindly note this excludes narcotic, controlled and targeted substances).

  • We recommend you check with the Government of Canada here to ensure your medication is permitted can come to Canada.

  • Yes! Simply provide our pharmacists with the name of the pharmacy and your information, an we will take care of the rest.

  • We provide simple compounding serves for our patients, and what we don’t make in-house, we order in from our partner pharmacies for your convenience.

  • Prescriptions issued in another country (including the USA) cannot be dispensed by a Canadian pharmacist. Canadian pharmacies require a prescription from an authorized Canadian practitioner.

  • We get it - as much as you like us, you don't want to spend a lot of time waiting for your prescriptions. We work hard to get your medication ready in a timely manner, but making sure it is done correctly, is our top priority.

    And a lot more goes into prepping your prescription than meets the eye! First, our pharmacists and support staff assess whether your prescription meets all legal requirements set out by Health Canada and the Alberta College of Pharmacy. Then, they are off to work ensuring that the prescription is filled accurately and the documentation is filed appropriately. Finally, the pharmacist will check to ensure that the medication prescribed is a safe and effective for treatment for you.

  • Not to worry, your prescription will be saved on your profile. Just give us a call when you are ready to have it filled and our team will prepare it for you.

  • Why you are taking a particular medication is important information for the pharmacist to assess the effectiveness of the medication, dose, and dosage form. After all, some medications can be used for many different indications and medications or often used “off-label.”

  • At this time you cannot order medications online for their first fill, however, you may access the “pharmaconnect” app to aid in online refills. Ask our pharmacists to enroll you in the program. Just pop in or give us a call!

  • Alberta Health does not cover most prescription medications, but there are some exceptions for specialized drugs which fall under the realm of “public health and safety.”
